Access Control Systems

AccessFlow Global has over a decade of experience developing integrations
for Access Control systems in the Electronic Security market, with deployments across 6 continents. Our integrations include Inner Range Integriti, Genetec Synergis and Gallagher Command Centre, enabling facilities to manage and assign temporary or permanent credentials to employees, visitors or contractors all from within AccessFlow, allowing seamless management of physical access.

With AccessFlow Identity Management, organisations have a simplified and central means of creating and assigning cardholders and credentials, for any number of sites and Access Control system manufacturers. This solution allows AccessFlow to be utilised as the source of truth for identity management of all personnel across your facilities, providing simple application of policies and provisioning of physical access for visitors, contractors and employees.

Active Directory

AccessFlow supports integration to on-premise Active Directory services as well as Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) cloud-based directory and identity management
service.

Active Directory and Entra ID are Microsoft services that provide centralised authentication and authorisation to network resources. They are used in business environments to simplify user management, control access to data and enforce company security policies.

AccessFlow supports scheduled synchronisation and authentication of one-to-many user groups. Filters can be defined across to attributes such as Sites, Organisation, Department etc.

Active Directory user accounts can be used to login to the AccessFlow application portal for single sign-on, streamlining application login and leveraging Active Directory’s secure authentication protocols.

Drug & Alcohol Testing Technology

AccessFlow Workforce Management integrates with drug and alcohol testing technology to ensure that employees are fit for duty, reducing production risks and enhancing workplace safety. This proactive solution identifies potential alcohol and drug impairments through rigorous testing, automatically managing access control permissions based on the results to prevent safety incidents and maintain operational continuity.

We have partnered with Alcolizer technology, the world leader in drug & alcohol testing. Manufactured in Australia, Alcolizer products designed and built to the highest standards in quality and design.

AccessFlow’s inbuilt randomisation engine with customisable variables, prompts cardholders for drug & alcohol tests, with access control restrictions enforced until passed results are obtained, ensuring organisational compliance can be met with efficiency and without discrimination. Failed tests trigger real-time alerts, automatically denying site access to affected individuals and notifying supervisors immediately via email or SMS to take appropriate action.

Identity Providers
and User Authentication

With integrations for Identity Providers like Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, Windows and Google, hosts can quickly onboard and authenticate employees across the Enterprise.

AccessFlow supports various user roles and security privileges, including host
administrators, operators, employees and security personnel.

Users don’t need to create separate login credentials for each application they use. They can log in to multiple applications using the same credentials managed by the Identity Provider.

Authentication ensures that only authorised users can access specific systems or data, protecting sensitive information through the use of muti-factor inputs such as passwords, biometrics, and other methods prevent unauthorised users from gaining access.

Mobile Access
and Biometrics

AccessFlow have partnered with HID Global, the largest supplier of trusted mobile access solutions globally. HID’s Mobile Access allows employees, customers, or other users to access secure areas or systems using their smartphones as credentials. This technology helps organisations improve security, enhancing convenience, and reducing operational costs.

Mobile access credentials stored on smartphones are encrypted and protected, reducing the risk of unauthorised access. Further protection is provided by layering HID Mobile Access with other forms of authentication, such as biometric recognition (fingerprint, facial ID), PINs, or passwords, making access to your facilities or systems much more secure.

Credentials are securely issued and managed from AccessFlow’s cloud-based Platform without the need for users to visit a physical location to pick up cards, streamlining onboarding and offboarding processes. Administrators can monitor, revoke, or adjust access permissions remotely, which is especially useful for multi-location businesses or businesses with remote workforces. This also prevents traditional issues like lost or stolen access cards. Organisations save money by reducing the need to print and distribute physical access cards.

Video Management Systems

AccessFlow can integrate with various Video Management Systems including Genetec Omnicast to enhance the situational awareness capabilities of the Platform.

AccessFlow’s Incident Management tools can integrate with Vide
Management Systems inside Security Operation Centres, allowing operators
to quickly identify and respond to events while maintaining detailed records
for future analysis and compliance. Incidents and Form responses can trigger
actions in Security Systems such as unlocking doors, raising threat levels,
bookmarking video, PTZ Control, trigger alarms and more.

Our Visitor Management portal can allow Operators to view CCTV camera streams associated to visitor kiosks and capturing each visitor check-in. This means that all historic visitor records can include video playback of each check-in. This allows Hoists and Operators to be able to verify the identity of each visitor and enhance their auditing capabilities.

CCTV cameras that include audio and strobe technology can provide further cues and instruction to support AccessFlow automated workflows. This could include for example, visual and audio guides to facilitate Worker Drug & Alcohol testing process, ensuring no human guidance is required, reducing staff responsibilities and labour.
